The challenge with presale marketing is to make buyers fall in love with their new home before it’s even built. Creating an elevated yet comforting feel of familiarity through the design was essential throughout this process.

Vectorized Amenities Map
A comprehensive list of locations and amenities was created and transformed into a minimal map. Created on Adobe Illustrator, this vectorized file could be translated for both print and web use to fit all their needs.
Custom Icons
Custom amenities and floor plan icons were created using Adobe Illustrator to unify the overall design of their material.
Print Media Material
From folders to bookelts, we created professional stationery and print media for the presale company to use in standing out to potential buyers.
